BEFORE... you drop-off your equipment, you must contact the Manufacturer Customer Service Group to obtain a
Warranty Service Authorization Number before dropping off any equipment at these local dealers!

MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZED WARRANTY SERVICES requires the following information...

1) Copy of the Original Sales Receipt (or sales receipt number)
2) Date of Purchase / Proof of Purchase
3) Brand Name
4) Make / Model
5) Serial Number
6) Manufacturer Date Code
7) Register your equipment with the Manufacturer for Proof Of Warranty

The Warranty Service Authorization Number that you receive MUST be presented to the music center when you drop off your equipment.
